When the lip hydraulic machine seal generates a large friction in the movement, it may produce a full circle or a local wear. This is one of the main causes of damage to the seals of hydraulic presses. CNC Gantry Machining -The eccentricity of the seal of the hydraulic press itself, the seal supporting part of the surface of the surface moving parts of the hydraulic press and the seal of the hydraulic press are partially pulled, subject to radial load, etc., which will cause the material to age. Hydraulic machine seals are hardened and unisexed due to long service life, long storage time or other reasons due to oxidation and no longer function as a seal. Numerical control gantry machining analyzes the causes of hydraulic machine failures and summarizes them into the following categories:
(1) The hand seal structure is inappropriate. Among these problems are incorrect selection of the sealing method, incorrect design of the seal shape and material parameters of the hydraulic press, and incorrect design of the sealing support surface or contact surface. Most of the seal rings except the seal ring are provided by the manufacturer. Generally speaking, as long as the design is strictly for the 0-ring, the groove design is very important for the failure of the seal. The groove is too large or the compression is not enough to cause leakage; the groove is too small or too shallow, and the compression is too large, which will increase the compressive stress inspection and accelerate the wear of the seal ring. Generally, this principle should be followed. High pressure has a large compression amount, and low pressure has a small compression amount. The static seal compression seal has a small compression amount.
(3) Quality problems of hydraulic press seals. Some hydraulic machine seals have poor appearance quality, rough surfaces, and large tolerances between ruler and shape. Rotary shaft lip seal ring spring size error is large and may cause loosening. The sealing material has poor oil resistance, fast aging, short storage period and long-term deformation after compression.
(4) The operation is unreasonable. Poor working conditions (such as high temperature, high speed, and high pressure) cause the hydraulic machine seals to age quickly, lose elasticity, and cause leakage. The maintenance is not timely and incomplete. The replacement hydraulic seals are not replaced, the pressure is too high, the hydraulic shock is too large, the pipe joints are loosened, and the seals are used incorrectly, such as the cross section, diameter, and sealing side are wrong.
